Refund policy

We proud ourselves to provide the best customer service possible. If it should happen that a customer received an unwanted product, please contact us. Only unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 7 days. Refunds are minus shipping costs.

Returns due to error on our part or due to the item being defective will be given full credit. Or, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge.

Make sure to provide us with the correct address when placing an order. Products, lost due an incorrect address, are not replaced or refunded.

Check if shipping address is correct and change when not the same as billing address.
