Returns and Refunds
We want you to love every product you order from us. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at info@powertexproductsusa.com and we’ll help.
Returns
- Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the return address.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
If we made a mistake or a product is defective
If we sent the wrong item or a product arrived defective, we’ll make it right with a full refund or a replacement shipped to you at no charge.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, especially if it’s different from your billing address. We’re unable to replace or refund packages lost because of an incorrect address.
