Shipment Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.  We use USPS Ground, USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx.  

Shipping Destinations: Powertex Products USA ships to addresses within the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Precautions: Please note that Powertex products may not withstand freezing temperatures, so it's essential to monitor your delivery closely to prevent your package from being left outside in cold weather.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email using the address provided during the order placement process. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery: We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot update the address.

Powertex Products USA will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Damages: Powertex Products USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: At Powertex, we take pride in offering exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or is unwanted, please reach out to us. We accept returns of unopened products and will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping charges).
