Base for Sculptures and Floral Designs 12" x 4" 2 pin 8"

When your sculpture or arrangement needs more than one point of contact — and needs it spread out wide — this two-pin black metal base steps in. At approximately 12" x 4" with two 8" pins spaced about 6 1/2" apart, it's a gallery-quality, sturdy base built for animal forms, larger-diameter sculptures, or any piece too wide for a single pin to support. (Sizes are approximate — these bases are manufactured in Europe to metric measurements, converted here for easy reference.)

Wrap the base in plastic wrap or aluminum foil first to keep it clean, then build your fabric-hardened or Stone Art/Powersmooth clay sculpture right up and over both pins — ideal for four-legged sculptures, wide floral arrangements, or any design that needs to be grounded from more than one point.

Need more height or more structure? The Metal Tube 30cm extends either pin for taller work, and the Metal T Pipe adds extra width and support for larger, heavier pieces.

What you can do with it:

• Build animal sculptures or other wide, multi-point figures across two pins (protect the base first with plastic wrap or foil)
• Ground wide floral arrangements with stems secured at two points
